DELIVERY & SHIPPING

We compensate for all carbon dioxide emissions that occur during deliveries to and from Green Ladies.

Your order will be sent to the DHL Agent / Delivery Point that you specify when ordering. When the package is available for collection, an email with information about the serial number will be sent to the email address specified when ordering. When collecting the shipment, a valid ID document must be presented. Normal delivery time is 2 - 3 working days from the time the order is confirmed via email. When your order has been sent, you will receive an email to the email address specified. The package should then reach you within 2 working days, if this is not the case, we ask you to contact customer service.

Packages that have not been collected within the specified time will be returned and the customer will be charged a fee of 150 SEK for administration, shipping, return shipping and handling costs. Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Open Buy

You have 14 days to return an item, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. If you use our return process in connection with exercising your right of withdrawal & open purchase, the return cost is currently 79 SEK.

We do not accept returns of swimwear and underwear due to hygiene factors.

Digital returns

To make a return, you must first register your return digitally via email. The customer is responsible for the return cost of 79 SEK, which includes both return shipping and return handling. You do this by emailing hej@greenladies.se from the email address used for your purchase and your order number. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email or on your delivery note.


Once you have completed the steps in the digital return registration, Green Ladies will send you a return label via email within 24 hours. You need to print the label yourself and attach it to your package. If you do not use our digital return registration, we unfortunately have to charge an administrative fee of 99 SEK.

If you return your package without the return label we provide, Green Ladies is not responsible for any errors that may occur along the way, and it may take longer for the return to arrive and be processed.


Exercise of the right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person on your behalf, receives your order.

When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. Do not use the original packaging (such as a shoe box) as an outer carton — the item must be properly protected. If you use your own return label or a carrier other than the one we provide, you are responsible for the delivery and any costs.

Green Ladies takes no responsibility for packages that are not sent via our returns handling.

To enable a return, you need to be able to show a receipt or order confirmation.

Refunds for approved returns will be made within 30 days.

All original labels and any original packaging (such as shoe boxes, sunglasses cases, hangers, dress and bag cases, etc.) must be present and in unaltered condition.

The product should be free of dirt, stains (including makeup and deodorant), pet hair, dust, and strong odors such as perfume, smoke, or sweat.

The product must be returned in undamaged original packaging, and with outer packaging that protects it during transport.


If the seal is removed or damaged, we cannot accept the return.



If the item does not meet the requirements for an approved return, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The option to have the item returned to you is available, in which case a shipping and handling fee of SEK 99 will be added. We will inform you before this happens.



Depreciation deduction

If a returned item does not meet the requirements for an approved return , but is deemed capable of being restored to a saleable condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction for depreciation or charge a reasonable fee for, for example, airing, cleaning and handling. This deduction or fee will be deducted from the refund.

Complaint

The Consumer Purchase Act gives you the right to complain about a product provided that the product was faulty at the time of delivery. If you receive a product that is faulty, we would like you to contact us as soon as possible. Please note that you must provide us with information about the fault within a reasonable time after you have discovered it.

Payment

All prices listed on www.greenladies.se are in SEK and include VAT (25%). Fees apply for cancelled packages, express delivery and for packages not collected.

In collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, partial payment, credit card payment and direct payment. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout. By providing information at the checkout, you accept Klarna's terms and conditions. By clicking "Complete purchase", you accept our general terms and conditions. Klarna Checkout presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified. The information you need to provide to achieve identification may vary between different purchase occasions and customers. No credit information is ever taken directly in Klarna Checkout, but only when necessary depending on the payment option you have chosen. Shipping

Due to the fact that different computer, tablet and mobile screens have different color calibrations, there may be a variation in the color of the images of the item and the color in reality. We have done our best to provide an accurate color representation of the items on the website.

Force majeure

In the event of any circumstances that are reasonably beyond Green Ladies' control (e.g. changed legislation, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, fire, natural disaster or government action), Green Ladies' obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement may be postponed for as long as the circumstances require.
